    The Cucharo house was built during the 1960s. Since its construction it has belonged to the same family and the butlers who look after the house and fields have been with them for decades.

    The extension of the house was commissioned for the butlers and their family, and, where their home used to be, a games room is proposed as an extension to the main house. It was important to ensure that the new building preserved the materiality and the type of construction of the original house in order to ensure that the landscape and the environment were not affected, camouflaging the two structures.
